1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Opteek Technologies’ website and services, including staffing, consulting, and freelance project engagements.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to disrupt its operation, and not to attempt unauthorized access. Content is provided “as is” without warranties.
3. Engagements
- Project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate agreements.
- Client responsibilities (access, approvals, timely feedback) are required to meet timelines.
- Third-party software, hosting, or licenses are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, deliverables are assigned to the client upon full payment. Opteek retains rights to pre-existing materials, tools, and know-how.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Opteek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable services.
7. Payments
Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and any deposits are defined in individual project or staffing agreements. Late payments may pause delivery.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the notice period defined in the applicable agreement. Clients remain responsible for work performed and authorized expenses to date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
